What to know before you order
HDHMR is a dense, uniform panel made from wood fibre bonded under heat and pressure. Because it has no grain direction and no voids, a routed profile comes out clean and a sprayed finish comes out flatter than on plywood.
It is the right substrate for painted and membrane-pressed joinery, CNC-routed panels, louvres and profile shutters — work where the surface is the finish and any core void would show.
The moisture resistant grade tolerates the humidity of Indian kitchens and bathrooms far better than standard MDF.
